Skeleton In My Closet…

It was just another normal day, when i awoke to my daily routine. Sleepy eyed and zombie like, i arose from my bed to turn off the horrid sound screeching from my alarm.

I forced my self out of bed and stumbled to the bathroom. I took my shower, brushed my teeth, and went to my room to fix my hair and get dressed.

When I opened my closet to get search for what i wanted to wear I jumped back quickly and shrieked with terror. There was a skeleton sitting in my closet!!!! Literally, a human skeleton!

How did it get in there? It wasn’t in there yesterday!

This. is. Crazy.

My mind went blank.

To Be Continued.

Wow. This is hilarious yet very scary!!

The me I want to be

Lately, I have been so out of my mind. Not like “Crazy, Insane” out of my mind, but just sad…

I have felt so inconfident not only with my appearance but with my personality.

I don’t know who I am, or who I want to be. All I know is that I want to be happy again, but I can’t figure out exactly how to do that.

Part of me (Well, Most of me) wants to be the best person I can possibly be. I want to be nicer, and more mature. I want to stop being so negative to myself, and to others. I want to become a better christian and i want to show God that I love him.

Yet the other half of me is just the opposite.

I want to live my life and be free. I want to do what I want to do, and I feel like dedicating myself to god is making me miss out on my life…if that makes sense?

As for my insecurities, I have absolutely no clue what to do. I feel like I am just the ugliest person in the world and it is really making me sad. I think it’s because I’m being so harsh to myself and thinking so negatively about EVERYTHING. I really need to stop. I feel like I am transforming into some monster and I don’t want to.

I have alot of things that I need to improve about myself.

I think I am going to start being more active in Church and start improving the way I act, and the way I think about things. I really need to. I have so many people that look up to me and acting horrible is probably letting them down tremendously and making them think that I’m Hypocritical and that I’m some person i’m not. . I think I want to be the negative person I want to be because society is brainwashing me into thinking that if I’m a christian, I am wierd or “Uncool”. I tend to care alot about what people think of me which isn’t good at all. I really need to get out of that habit and stop living my life for others and live my life how I want to live it.

I made a list of all of the things that I absolutely hate about myself, some constructive as well as inconstructive things. The inconstructive things I am going to attempt to become more confident about because I’m stuck with them and theres no changing them.

Things I Hate About Me:

My lips

My Teeth

My nose

My clothes

My negativity

My inconfidence

My personality

My wierdness

My awkwardness

My depression

My laziness

I really need to work on making these things better, and/or becoming more confident about them.

Through the next few months I am going to try to do this

We are in highschool not kindergarden GROW UP

I cannot stand people who act like they are two years old when they are seventeen!!!

I mean really? Backtalking and disrespecting everyone because you think it’s cool, that is horrible, really. Whenever you get older, you will see that it doesn’t make you look smart, and it doesn’t help you fit in, it just makes you look completely idiotic.

and cussing every breath? That just shows that you have a limited vocabulary.

Grow up.

In a perfect wo…

In a perfect world with love all about,

Many would care and there would be no doubt.

All of the people would live in peace and their would be no poverty.

Greed and selfishness would not exist, Instead with love the world would consist.

In a perfect world, There would be no fear, and Violence would not be lurking near.

Narrow paths we would not walk, instead they would be wide and far

Endings would not exist, and hurt would not be there to scar.

There are many meanings, believe it or not for the word “Goldfish”.

Of course, The little golden creature that swims about in the ocean in it’s beautiful habitat,

The card game Go Fish, which is basically “Goldfish” Where the objective of the game is to collect pairs of numbers.

Perhaps the most wonderful type of Goldfish is Goldfish baked snack crackers. These crackers are like a little taste of heaven inside of your mouth.

When you take a bite you can’t just take “A” bite, you constantly crave more of these delicious little cracker fish.

There are a lot of things that annoy me. I could make a list and continue to write that list for hours. Out of all the things that annoy me, the one that ignites me the most are people who do not appreciate anything.

This bothers me because there are so many people who don’t have anything at all. There are people who don’t even have a house to live in or food to eat, and yet people with these luxuries take them for granted.

If people would just be grateful for what they have, instead of whining and about what they don’t have, the world would be a better place.

You will find the richest people nagging about not having enough of something and constantly wanting more. I think people are so selfish and it just really get’s to me.

Sure, there are a lot of things that I want, and there are a lot of times that I take what I have for granted and I know that I shouldn’t.

When I realize what I’m doing, I think of the people who have to do without.

A look at chapter 3—Will post the rest of what I have of my book as soon as i revise!!!!

Derik Neal walked towards Abellah and took his seat in the empty desk. Abellah glanced at him quickly and then looked away. He was taller than six feet; he had shaggy hair that was the color of the sand that aligned the beach shore. He was extremely tan, as if he spent every day in the sun. He was actually incredibly handsome.

Curiosity pervaded through her mind. She wanted to introduce herself so that they could become friends, but to no surprise, her bashfulness ceased to allow her to do so.

Looking around the classroom, Abellah realized that she wasn’t the only one that was curious; everyone had their eyes on him. She could read through the girls’ expressions and could tell that they, as well, realized how good-looking he was.

Interrupting Abellah’s train of thought, Miss. Laine proceeded to teach.

She had on gray dress pants, a dark blue button-up shirt, with a white tank top underneath. Her Auburn hair looked as usual, curled into her face. She had black high heels on, that made her look taller than she was.

“Okay class, Get out your Literature books, and turn to page 103. We are going to be doing the questions over the book we read last week.”

The class obeyed Miss Laine’s commandment and turned their books and began to do the questions.

The class actually flew by rather quickly. The bell rang and the rowdy class frantically flooded out the door. Each person handed Miss Laine their papers on their way out.

When Abellah walked through the door, she spotted Kara patiently waiting for her.

“Hey Kara!” Abellah said with a big smile on her face.

“Did you see that new guy!?” Kara asked her. Of course that would be the first thing that Kara would ask. She had the sharpest eyes, especially when it came to noticing the good looking guys.

“Yes. He actually sits by me in class. He is so adorable. All of the girls seemed to think the same, with the way they were all glaring at him.” Abellah replied.

Kara laughed hysterically at Abellah’s remark.

“Well…you have to think..It’s not often that we get someone as cute as him at Tinston High, No wonder they were glaring.”

Chapter 1 of my book “The Haunting Fear”.

Abellah Karis was 16 years old. She was beautiful, there was no doubt about it. She had dark green eyes that shined like Emeralds in the sun, Carmel colored waves flooded her shoulders. She was slim, petite, and she had a body that many women would die to have. Abellah was kind, caring, considerate, and just all around amazing. There weren’t many people that didn’t like her, in fact, i think everyone loved her.
Abellah awoke to the welcoming aroma of pancakes that set her cravings on edge. she went downstairs eager to fill her hungry stomach with her mom’s delicious food. Her moms cooking was her favorite, to her it was better than any restaurants.
Before she went doenstairs, she slipped on some clothes and fixed her hair for school.
When she went into the kitchen her mom was standing by the sink pouring coffee into her cup. Her mom was short, very slim, she had short blonde hair and usually kept it pulled back into a pony tail. She had side bangs that fell into her face. Her mom was a very pretty woman. She was 39 and still looked like she was her in late twenties. She had always been Abellah’s biggest role model.
“Goodmorning, Sweetheart”. Edah said. A Welcoming smile spread across her face.
Edah walked over and kissed Abellah on the forehead.
“Goodmorning Mom.” Abellah replied as she took a seat at the table. Her mom already had her plate ready.
She began to eat and her brother, Daniel entered the kitchen.
Her brother was 17. He was a very good looking guy. He was tall, his eyes were dark Green, and his hair was a carmel color. Him and Abellah resembled each other, and you could tell that they were siblings. Abellah and her brother were very close, and they did everything together. They rarely fought and got along. Danny had always been the protective type of brother and constantly watched Abellah’s back. He was cautious of whatever she’d do and it sometimes aggrivated her but nothing ever motivated her to say anything to him about it. She appreciated it, somehow, no matter how annoying it got. It was good to know that she always had someone to protect her.
“Hey sis, hey mom.” Danny said. He sounded very tired. He probably stayed up all night playing his video games. Danny was a big gamer. He probably owned every game, and game system in the universe and wasted most of his time concentrated on them. He would deprive himself of sleep, and he constantly got in trouble for using school as his bed time.
“Well good morning sleepy head,”. Edah greeted him.
He took a seat beside his sister and began to eat. Just about the time that Edah sat down Steve entered and took a seat beside her.
Steve was not the best looking guy in the world but he was somewhat decent. He was kind of heavy, but not fat. He had blonde hair, as well as Edah, which is inconvienent because netiher Edah or Steve have the same color hair as their children. He had dark green eyes just as his children, which was about the only common feature that they shared. Steve was a very hard working man,and he was very dedicated to his job. He enherited an restaurant called “Tinston Corner” from his grandmother and he was the chef there. Edah worked there as well but just part time. She had another job as a kindergarden teacher at the elementary school. Edah worked five days a week, and she worked at the restaurant on mondays, thursdays, and fridays in the evening. Steve was at the grill every day except saturday and sunday, so they were both pretty busy people. Somehow, they still found time to spend time with their children.
After breakfast, Abellah and Daniel headed off to school. Daniel drove, and Abellah rode with Daniel because she hadn’t gotten around to getting her lisence yet. It was early october and the sun had just began to peek through the trees. Fall was Abellah’s favorite season. She didn’t like the summer because it was constantly to hot, and the sweltering heat made her feel sick, She really didn’t understand why there is even a spring, because it’s just as hot at summer most of the time, And she absolutely despised winter, it was to cold and you couldn’t drive anywhere without out the fear of crashing in the deep snowfall.
They got into Daniels 1998 jeep. It whit e and black, and even though it was old it was in good shape. They put on their seat belts and began to drive off.
Abellah hated going to school. She hardly had any friends, Everyone was always mean to her, and she was classified as the “Shy smart kid” because of her excellent grades. Abellah didn’t understand what she was doing wrong. Perhaps it was her timidness that was repelling everyone away from her. She had no desire to be like everyone else, and she wasn’t about to go to heights to try to make herself someone she wasn’t. She would rather be classified as a dork, or a smart kid than a ditzy partier who slept with every guy in school.
Abellah did have a few friends though, and they actually understood her feelings and accpeted her for who she really was.
Kara Windley was tall she had bright red hair with long curls that fell past her shoulders. Her eyes were probably her best feature. They were Hazel, and they were shaped like a cats’. Kara was beautiful, although she didn’t see it at all. She had the worst self esteem, and no matter how many people tried to convince her that she was beautiful, in her mind she looked like the wicked witch of the west.
Kara had a sense of humor that would bring anyone to laughter in their worst times. She was kind, and thoughtful and had always been there for Abellah. Abellah felt luckier than anyone in the world to have Kara as her bestfriend. They had been bestfriends every since sixth grade.
She had another good friend, his name was Evan Douglas. Evan was a very good looking guy. He had pitch black hair that was in resemblence to the color of coal, dark blue eyes, a pale complexion, and rosy red cheeks. He had the biggest personality ever. He was outgoing, witty, genorous, and just a fun person to be aorund. Daniel and Evan were bestfriends. Daniel, Evan, Abellah, and Kara always were together at school, and they were all very close.
When Daniel and Abellah got to school, Kara and Evan were waiting for them by the doors. They always studied together before the bell rang to begin their first class.
“Hey Guys!” Kara said with a warm smile on her face.
Kara was wearing a light blue shirt, dark blue jeans that were flooded with holes, and light blue shoes that matched her shirt exactly.
Kara was very color coordinated, and she had great style.
“Hey!!! You look adorable Kara! I wish that i had good style, but unfortunataly i wasn’t blessed with it!!”
“Ugh? Me? look cute? No. But you…you look great as always.”
Of course Abellah expected Kara to refute her comment, she did every time Abellah complimented her. Abellah usually did the same whenever she received a compliment, so she couldn’t really say much.
While Kara and Abellah were talking, Daniel was bragging to Evan about his winning accomplishment on the game he had beaten the previous night. Abellah had knew that was why he was so tired.
“Okay, enough chitchat, we need to go study. We have our end of the semester final today in Biology.” Kara stated to the group.
Whenever Kara said “End of Semester” It reminded Abellah that it was their last day of school until fall break bagan. How could she forgot? Suddenly her day got a whole lot better.
The group went to their usual study spot, which was in the library and began to study. When the bell rang, they seperated into the student flooded hallways.
Abellah had English for her first period class. English was her probably her most weakest subject. She made a good grade in it, but she couldn’t really take interest in most of her work. Despite the fact that she thought English was uninteresting, the teacher, Miss Laine, was her favorite teacher. Miss Laine was a young teacher, in her mid twenties, and she was very inspiring. She was the caring kind of teacher that cared for each student that she had and was very dedicated in helping them any way that she could. Miss Laine had an incredible personality, and sense of humor. She was the teacher that all of the highschool guys talked about. They all thought that she was the best looking female teacher they have ever seen. It was quite humorous, actually, watching them drool over her. She had Auburn colored, shoulder length hair that curled into her face at the ends. She had a pale complexion, rosey red lips and perfect straight, white teeth. Somehow, Miss Laine, was the reason Abellah could even come close to passing English class.
Just as Abellah took her seat, Miss Laine walked in, and following behind her was a very good looking guy. He had to be new, because she had never saw him before. All of the girls’ eyes glared up at him in awe of his extremely good looks.
“Class, We have a new student. This is Derik Neal, Please help him adjust and be friendly, he is probably very nervous.” Miss Laine confronted the class with a kind smile on her face.
“Derik, You can take the empty seat next to Abellah.”

Prologue to my Book “The Haunting Fear”.

The phone began to ring repetitevely and it’s obnoxious tone brought Steve Karis out of his half estate sleep. He glanced over at the clock located on the end table beside his bed, it was 3:21 in the morning.
“Who in the world would be calling this early?” Steve thought to himself. He silently got out of bed trying not to disturb his wife, as if the loud ringing of the phone hadn’t already. Somehow, Edah could sleep through anything, she was a very deep sleeper and he had learned that through the years. One time before their children were born Steve was on a business trip and Edah was home by herself. Someone had snuck their way into the house in the middle of the night, and stole every belonging that was worth anything and Edah had slept through the whole tradgedy. When she awoke the next morning the house was a complete disaster and she was totally oblivious to what had happened. She felt horrible for sleeping through the whole thing. It doesn’t surprise Steve that Edah didn’t hear the phone ringing. If she could sleep through a robbery she could sleep through anything.
Steve hurried and answered the phone.
“Hello”? He said very aggitated at whoever had awoke him.
“Hello, Mr. Karis, this is the Tintston Medical Centre. I’m very sorry to disturb you this early in the morning, but we have your daughter Abellah, she was in a horrible car accident with two of her friends near the old Shelter Valley Cafe. She is in very bad condition and we have her in ICU.”
Steve was speechless for a moment trying to take in what he had just heard, he couldn’t quite register it.
“What? I’m sorry miss, that is impossible my daughter is upstairs in her bedroom, unless…Oh My Goodness….”.
The phone fell out of his hand and hit the floor with a hard smack. He ran upstairs and into Abellah’s room and as he had expected she was gone.
“Edah!!!! Edah!” he screamed for his wife.
Edah ran upstairs and was panicking.
“Honey what? What’s the matter? What happened settle down enough to tell me what happened!”
She noticed Abellah’s absence in her bedroom.
“Where is Abellah?”. She said very concerned.
There were tears streaming down her face and she knew that something terrible happened.
“The hospital just called. Abellah was in an accident. She must have snuck out and went to that party with that Derik kid, when I specifically told her not to. They said that they had her in ICU, we have to go now.”
“Wake up Danny, Tell him to get dressed, and to hurry.” Edah said.
Edah slipped on a T shirt, pants, and shoes, and didn’t bother brushing her hair, and met Steve and Danny by the door.
They headed off to the hospital to face the news that would crash they hearts, their minds, and their lives.
